Mr. Bao has been the corporate counsel for multinational corporations such as News Corporation, Cisco Systems, NDS, Hong Kong South China Group, Singapore Oversea Chinese Bank, Tianjin International Trade Group, Litong M&E Engineering, Yanbo Technology, and Yongtai RE Development. In addition, he participated in USD 5 billion acquisition between News Corp and Cisco; rendered China incorporation services to Shengding Industry, Dingcheng RE Development, and Chuangligao International Trade; rendered US incorporation services to Nines USA, Sany Brothers, and Lu & Chen Realty; rendered acquisition / joint venture services to Achievement Enterprise, Douglaston Market, and Foo Hing Restaurant; rendered bankruptcy services to Yeh, Ching, Tian & Lai.

Mr. Bao advised and negotiated on foreign direct investment, import/export and cross-border transactions for US General Instrument, American President Line, US Pro-Mart Inc, Lucent Technology, Tsinghua University, China Mineral Import/Export, and Beijing Qingyuan Technology. He leaded in negotiation and documentation for joint venture between News Corp and China Central Television (CCTV); participated in investment analysis for major projects such as City Welcome Square and International Aviation Club administered by Development Research Center of PRC State Council; represented clients in litigations and arbitrations in multibillion USD disputes over investment, joint venture, and international trade including cases heard by China Supreme Court.

Mr. Bao advised Standard Chartered Bank, Oversea-Chinese Bank, China Industry/Commerce Bank, China Investment Bank, and Credit Suisse on lending, financing, instrument, foreign exchange and debt collection. He participated in Jidong Cement's IPO on China stock market, South China Group's reporting to Hong Kong stock market, and NDS's privatization from NASDAQ and preparation for IPO on NYSE; and completed locally unprecedented transactions of international sale-leaseback-repurchase financing among OCBC Bank, COSCO Shipping Corp and Hong Kong Festiwell Ltd.

Mr. Bao constructed the complete legal framework and prepared/negotiated full set of agreements for import, supply, licensing, development, deployment and service of CA System operated by China DTH, one of the world's biggest broadcasting platform with dozens of suppliers and tens of millions subscribers. He advised Litong M&E, Yinfeng Group, New Thinker Art on procurement, management, auditing, protection and transfer of IPRs as well as infringement prosecution and defense; represented merchant client in defeating Wang Hai, a nationally renowned buy-and-claim activist. He also handled trademark registration to USPTO for Empire Craftsman & Design and Lin's International.

Mr. Bao provided overall legal support for South China Group's commercial and residential real estate development and tens of thousands acres rural land leasing/development in China. He offered legal services to Chinese developers such as Yongtai RE, Dingcheng RE and Yongji RE in land acquisition, project development, construction, and sale/lease; and represented clients in actions for disputes over title, development and sale. He also worked for dozens of clients in US, including ReMax Realty and Century 21 Realty, in full services of purchase, sale, conveyance and lease, including title search, inspection, mortgage, insurance, closing and recording.

Mr. Bao dealt with hundreds of cases in U.S. including employment and family based green card applications, visitor, student, worker and scholar visa applications, visa changes and extensions, national interest waiver, labor certification/RIR, naturalization, and BIA and federal court appeals. Clients ranged from major corporations and organizations such as Exxon Mobil, Lehman Brothers, Rockefeller University, Connecticut Board of Education, to celebrities, scientists, artists and entrepreneurs from U.S., China and Hong Kong.
